General Scheduling Timeline

Each term's schedule is initially created by copying the schedule from the same term in the prior year. For instance, SP18 is copied to SP19, FS18 is copied to FS19, etc.

Permission Number Information

Permission numbers are generated on the same day the schedule is published for students to see (see above chart for a general timeline on when the schedule is published). Please allow 24 hours for them to be reflected in the system.   

 

SP24 Faculty Load Data

Faculty Load Data for SP24 is due to the Office of the Registrar on February 5th, 2024. More information on the Faculty Load Data Process can be found on the Scheduling Resources homepage.

 

SP24 Census Date

SP24 Census is on February 12th, 2024.
